Please note:
- All prices are subject to Danish VAT of 25% at check-out
- There is an administration fee of DKK 299 per exhibitor included in the booking price. The fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the exhibitor or Art Nordic.
- Each stand is equipped with 2 spots per 3 metres. It is possible to book extra spots.

On cancellations
In case of cancellation by the exhibitor up to three months before the event the full amount will be refunded minus the administration fee of DKK 299 (excl. VAT) and DKK 1,000 (excl. VAT) in cancellation fee.
By cancellation after the three months deadline, refund is not possible.
In the event that an exhibition is canceled by the organizers, the full amount will be refunded, minus the administration fee of DKK 299 (excl. VAT). This applies regardless of when the cancellation takes place.
