Terms of agreement between the exhibitor (the \u201cExhibitor\u201d) and Art Nordic (\u201cArt Nordic\u201d) regarding participation in an Art Nordic exhibition.<\/p><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Booking and content<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

1.1 The Exhibitor obtains the right to a stand at the exhibition upon payment of the price stated on the invoice.1.2 The price includes:<\/p>

  • Rental of the agreed stand type and size<\/li>
  • 3 spots for a 3x3x3 metre stand. On floorspace, ceiling lighting will be installed and set up by our exhibition wall supplier, so each artist is highlighted <\/li>
  • Marketing of the exhibition, including on Art Nordic\u2019s SoMe channels<\/li><\/ul>

    1.3 Accommodation and catering are not included.<\/p>

    NOTE:<\/strong> Art Nordic reserves the right to change stand locations.<\/p><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    2. Right of withdrawal and cancellation<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    2.1 The Exhibitor has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of payment.\n2.2 Withdrawal must be made in writing and confirmed by Art Nordic to be valid.\n2.3 After the withdrawal period, the participation fee is non-refundable.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    3. Cancellation by Art Nordic<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    3.1 In the event of cancellation by Art Nordic (e.g. force majeure or orders from the authorities), 70% of the participation fee will be refunded.\n3.2 If the date is changed, participation is automatically transferred to the new date. If the Exhibitor does not wish to participate, the space may be transferred to another artist subject to approval by the curator. A transfer fee of DKK 5,000 will be charged. <\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    4. Insurance and liability<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    4.1 Art Nordic and the venue disclaim any liability for works during transport and during the exhibition itself.\n4.2 The Exhibitor is encouraged to take out their own transport and exhibition insurance for works, stand, and equipment.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    5. Set-up and dismantling<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    5.1 Times for set-up and dismantling are provided under \u201cExhibitor information\u201d on art-nordic.dk.\n5.2 All exhibitors are required to follow these time frames.\n5.3 It is not permitted to begin packing down before the exhibition\u2019s official closing time.\n5.4 In the event of breach of this rule, a penalty of DKK 4,000 + VAT will be charged.\n5.5 The stand must be returned in the same condition as it was received. It is not permitted to leave cardboard boxes, plastic, or other waste. In the event of breach of this rule, a penalty of DKK 2,000 + VAT will be charged. <\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    6. Staffing and presence<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    6.1 The Exhibitor is required to staff their stand throughout the exhibition period.6.2 In the event of repeated absence or material breaches of the rules, Art Nordic reserves the right to refuse future participation.<\/p><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    7. Marketing and rights<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    7.1 By booking a stand, the Exhibitor grants Art Nordic the right to use images of works in connection with marketing of the exhibition\u2014before, during, and after the exhibition.7.2 Copyright to the works remains with the Exhibitor<\/p><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    8. Disputes and choice of law<\/h3><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    8.1 The agreement is governed by Danish law.8.2 Any disputes will be sought resolved amicably. Otherwise, the matter shall be decided by the Danish courts. <\/p><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
