The rebirth is a process we actually experience in different phases of our life and each time we give a new form to ourselves. Genesis ll is a series of ceramic sculptures serving as reflections of the rebirth to a new form of being. Human body as part of nature, not one who dominates it. In dialogue to others where the body forms are in an intersection to convey one thing; woman empowerment. Water, earth, fire as principal elements of existence make clay primarily the perfect material for sculpting. The process connects one to the past and reminisce desires of reunion to the origins of material being, or either connections to other beings. Our body’s potential of interchangeability with other forms gives me the idea of empowerment and resistance.
