TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO BOOKING OF EXHIBITOR STANDS AT ART NORDIC
PAYMENT TERMS
You may choose to pay for your stand in one, two or three installments. We hold the desired stand for you as long as all payment terms and deadlines are met. When booking after April 1st 2022 the full amount must be payed at check out.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation by the exhibitor before the 1st of April 2022 the full amount will be refunded minus the administration fee of DKK 299 and DKK 1,500 in cancellation fee.
By cancellation after the 1st of April 2022, refund is not possible.
In the event that Art Nordic 2022 is canceled by the organizers, the full amount will be refunded, minus the administration fee of DKK 299. This applies regardless of when the cancellation takes place.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Art Nordic is data responsible for personal information collected via the ticket system. We only collect information that is necessary for the operation of the ticket system, for identification and validation. The information is only used to ensure that the individual customer has access to the correct ticket (s), to complete the order and to uncover any attempts at misuse and fraud with tickets. When you buy a ticket, we ask you to enter your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. Payment and payment information is handled by the payment gateway. Telephone number and e-mail address are used in connection with the delivery of tickets, in case of doubt, cancellations or the like. We will only use your personal information (your name and email address) to introduce you to other of our products or services if you have given us separate consent to this. If you do not wish to receive information about our other products / services, you can at any time object to your personal information being used for such purposes by contacting us in writing.
DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PERSONS
Personal information may be disclosed to authorities entitled to receive such information. The data controller may also transfer personal data to companies that process personal data on behalf of the data controller in or outside the EU in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
RIGHT TO INSIGHT
You have the right to insight into the data controller’s processing of your personal data and the right to have incorrect information corrected. Requests for insight must be made in writing to Art Nordic.
