This work was inspired by still-life meaning in a language term. The time in oriental paradise is frozen, paused, or stands still. Our ancestors thought the time was cruel, so in their heaven, time doesn’t exist; however, they depict time and place literally, then scholars and painters draw their paradise in their course based on this story. The time in the still life said the same thing somehow. I made the installation first, made a picture, printed it on the canvas, painted over on that canvas, and printed it on the glass. While this process contains time and effort, it presents itself as a time in which I want to stay in it.
