Margarita Howis, a creative rebel and global artist, has lived in 7 countries, evolving into a staunch cosmopolitan. Her international experiences dissolve borders and question traditional notions. Margarita Howis’ artistic mission centers on celebrating authenticity, inspiring self-discovery, and urging liberation from societal conditioning. 

Margarita’s artistic journey unfolded from art school to a degree in architecture. Rooted in the societal conditioning of 90s Russia, Margarita broke free to become a global citizen, preaching and inspiring others to embrace their unique selves. Now exclusively devoted to visual art, artist works and exhibits globally through galleries in Copenhagen, Paris, Montreal, Miami, New York and Cancun,and being a part of prime art weeks as Art Basel. Moreover, she engages in fashion collaborations, paints murals, facilitates creative workshops, and speaks at conferences. 

Margarita’s art serves as a bridge between cultures, emphasizing the strength and beauty in individual uniqueness. Exploring themes of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-expression, Margarita creates a powerful visual dialogue that challenges viewers to think critically about themselves and their surroundings. Combining realism with experimental abstract motives, she utilizes various mediums, from traditional brush and acrylic to sustainably sourced gold and silver.
