Order on Art Nordic’s Website

  1. Visit the Art Nordic website and find the artwork you are interested in.
  2. Click the “Buy” button and add the artwork to your shopping cart.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.
  4. We will contact you within 3 business days to arrange delivery and invoicing.

The agreement between you, Art Nordic and the artist

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation from us that we have received your order. Please note that this does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product from one of our artists and implies an obligation to pay for the product. Further agreements regarding payment, invoicing and delivery will be made subsequently. Should the work have been sold simultaneously with your order, the order will be canceled and you will be notified.

Right of withdrawal

As a private customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you receive your goods. This allows you to return the work within this period if you wish to cancel your purchase. Please note that the right of withdrawal applies from the date of receipt and the work must be returned in the same condition as it was received. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the purchase and your return.

Complaints

We comply with the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which means you have the right to complain for 24 months. If you find any errors or defects in the purchased works, please contact the artist.

Delivery and Shipping

We strive to deliver the purchased work to you in a fast and reliable way. Delivery costs may vary depending on your location and the size of the yard. After placing your order, we will contact you personally to arrange delivery details and payment.

Prices and Payment

Our prices are quoted in Danish kroner (DKK) and euros (EUR). You can choose the currency that suits you best. Prices include Danish artist VAT of 5% for the artwork and 25% for shipping. Payment is made via invoice and you will receive an updated invoice if there are any changes to your order.

Privacy policy
