Exhibitor information
– For artists, designers and galleries exhibiting in 2026
Welcome to Art Nordic 2026
- you are now part of something bigger
You are now officially part of Art Nordic 2026 – and that means your art will soon be traveling the world. Past the eyes of passers-by, into new conversations, through senses and minds, and perhaps home to new owners.
We know how much it takes to put yourself out there – and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
On this page, we’ve gathered everything you need to know so you can feel confident and well prepared for the exhibition – and start getting excited.
“Art should not be hidden away – it should be seen, felt and reflected in others. Only then does it truly begin to live.”
– Lina Murel Jardorf, artist and owner of Art Nordic
The vision for 2026
Under the theme “Phoenix – art in motion”, we rebuild the exhibition from the ground up, rising from the ashes to soar higher, shine brighter and ignite sparks of inspiration in every corner of life. Every step will be a journey of discovery, where the exhibition hides new surprises.
Together, we create a different kind of exhibition that breaks the boundaries and brings art and design into close interaction. Unique furniture art, lighting, visual art, street art and sculpture come together in a vibrant universe where boundaries shift and new things emerge.
The audience – whether they are experienced collectors, professionals or curious first-time visitors – are invited into an experience that awakens the senses, touches the heart and creates an almost magnetic desire to own the works. Each piece carries its own energy, and many find that just that one piece calls to them.
FAQ
– for exhibitors at Art Nordic 2026
Where is my stand located?
You will be assigned a specific stand (e.g. “Stand B17”). Your location is shown on the floor plan. Stands are marked with letters and numbers – and we have distributed them so that there is variation and flow throughout the exhibition space.
The stand plan is currently being quality assured by Art Fairs Service (artfairsservice.com). We will post the complete overview of the stand allocation on our website as soon as it is ready – and you will be informed by email.
NOTE: Art Nordic reserves the right to change stand locations.

Hvorfor skal jeg betale moms, når jeg er udstiller fra udlandet?
Art Nordic is held in Denmark and therefore the event is subject to Danish legislation – including Danish VAT legislation.
According to the rules, 25% Danish VAT must be charged on the invoice for stand rental, regardless of whether the exhibitor is from Denmark or another country. This is because the service (the stand space) is physically delivered in Denmark, and therefore Danish VAT applies – also for exhibitors from Norway, Sweden or other countries outside the EU.
Can I get a VAT refund as a foreign company?
Yes – if you have a registered VAT number in your home country and operate as a business, you can in some cases apply for a refund of the Danish VAT via the official refund schemes. Art Nordic refers you to the Danish Tax Agency, where you can investigate your options for possible VAT refunds
