Alan Chac
“An artist who is not afraid of color” is a fitting description for Alan Chac, a 34-year-old Argentinian artist. Alan’s passion for photography was ignited during his first trip to Europe in 2014, where he was captivated by the stunning colors and cinematic style of the photographs he took.
After returning to Argentina, Alan pursued his interest in photography, studying both photography and cinema production at the University of La Plata while working as a photographer for a multimedia newspaper in the city.
Alan felt a creative yearning to explore other mediums of art. He began taking painting lessons with the Argentinian artist German Gargano, and after several years in photography, Alan made the decision to transition to painting in early 2021.
Alan’s paintings are a reflection of his personal experiences and memories, featuring vibrant couples. Through his use of vivid colors and bold brushstrokes, Alan demonstrates his fearlessness when it comes to experimenting with color in his paintings.
By embracing color in both his photography and his painting, Alan has earned a reputation as “an artist who is not afraid of color.” As he continues to push the boundaries of his creativity, we can expect to see more of his dynamic and captivating work in the years to come
