Acrylicpaintings with joy, exploration & strong colors.

Some of my paintings can be found at MONAT gallery in Madrid this year and on 26-28/1 2024 I exhibited 2 paintings at Art3f Paris International Contemporary Art Fair where one of these was sold. During the autumn of 2024, my art will be able to be seen in Stockholm’s subway.

I’m a Swedish painter and I think painting is the most fun thing I’ve ever done because it helps me relax and get lost in creativity.

“Since I started painting about two years ago, I have focused mostly on acrylic painting, because for me it is the most rewarding and best way to express myself and my experiences in life.”

After 30 years as a professional nurse, I started a full-time business as a dog behaviorist. Afterwards, I decided to take on a bigger and more meaningful challenge and turn my inner feelings into beautiful works of art.

I want to capture the audience with my vivid depictions of Nordic landscape, flowers and abstract art and give them a sense of joy.

My artistry is characterized by exploration and joy and I create intuitively and without any strict control.

Inspiration comes from the outside world, both small everyday things like what I encounter or my mind.

I create according to the impulse of the moment and do what feels peaceful.

My works are characterized by investigation, a little by experiment. Preferably with colors that are both seen and heard together.

I may have a strong idea at the beginning, but along the way the feeling and energy may lead me to a different goal. It is usually a source of new ideas.

Today’s thought and feeling can lead me to both abstract and figurative. I often have several measurements going on at the same time, this gives me a flow that favors the process.

I painted mostly with acrylics and modeling paste, I created highly textured paintings, applying them generously with a palette knife, brush or sponge suitable for the process.”
