TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PURCHASE OF TICKETS FOR ART NORDIC

Art Nordic undertakes to deliver tickets to the buyer when tickets have been ordered and paid for. Delivery of tickets from Art Nordic to the buyer takes place after prepayment at the place and at the time specified in the ordering solution in the ticket system. Tickets purchased and paid for are non-refundable. The only exception is when canceling events. The buyer’s and seller’s rights and obligations regarding this agreement are subject to Danish law. The Purchase Act’s defect rules may apply.

PAYMENT METHODS & FEES

You have the option of paying with the following payment methods:

Dankort, VisaDankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and MobilePay. 

 

LOST TICKET

If you have lost your print-ticket, you can have it recreated by contacting us at the reception at Lokomotivværkstedet during the fair.

 

VALIDITY

It is important that you treat your ticket receipt or ticket as a security and ensure that it is not copied or printed several times. If several copies of the ticket have been printed, only the ticket that is scanned first is valid, other copies are invalid.

 

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation of the fair, the amount you paid for the ticket itself will be refunded, but not any fees. The tickets are refunded automatically and the amount is credited to your credit card / deposited into your account within 8 working days.

 

WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Act (the Consumer Contracts Act) does not apply to the sale of tickets, cf. the Consumer Contracts Act §18, subsection 2 (12). Unfortunately, we can not refund tickets already purchased or exchange these with other tickets.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Art Nordic is data responsible for personal information collected via the ticket system. We only collect information that is necessary for the operation of the ticket system, for identification and validation. The information is only used to ensure that the individual customer has access to the correct ticket (s), to complete the order and to uncover any attempts at misuse and fraud with tickets. When you buy a ticket, we ask you to enter your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. Payment and payment information is handled by the payment gateway. Telephone number and e-mail address are used in connection with the delivery of tickets, in case of doubt, cancellations or the like. We will only use your personal information (your name and email address) to introduce you to other of our products or services if you have given us separate consent to this. If you do not wish to receive information about our other products / services, you can at any time object to your personal information being used for such purposes by contacting us in writing.

 

DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PERSONS

Personal information may be disclosed to authorities entitled to receive such information. The data controller may also transfer personal data to companies that process personal data on behalf of the data controller in or outside the EU in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

 

RIGHT TO INSIGHT

You have the right to insight into the data controller’s processing of your personal data and the right to have incorrect information corrected. Requests for insight must be made in writing to Art Nordic.
