“There was something about the way I thought of them that slowly crept, landed by my feet and asked for help. The annoyance awoke a flat and slapping sensation in me like what you use to destroy a fly because it is small and insignificant. The more I wanted to dismiss them the more they grew roots in my brain, settled down rentfree and I let them. Now I wish they would call me out of nowhere because the sun made them think of the smell of my skin“
