Ahmad Mallah / @s.t.a.t.e.l.e.s.s

Ahmad Mallah is the first artist we would like to introduce you to. His paintings and drawings are enshrouding the viewer in an atmosphere of the unpleasant.

Rimvydas Pupelis aka MUTA / @art_muta

Here’s MUTA from Lithuania MUTA works as a professional painter.

It’s easy to get dragged in by his artwork that’s turning characteristics of mostly real-life models into his abstract cubistic style.

Rather than depicting people as they seem to the photo-realistic eye, his focus is on capturing the moment and the spirit of the human he’s painting.

His creations are colorful, playful, and full of life and irony.

About Art Nordic

Art Nordic 2022 is hosted June 24-26, 2022 in Lokomotivværkstedet, our venue, in the heart of Copenhagen.

Art Unites

Art Nordic is the largest sales- and art fair in the Nordic Region. Every year we’re celebrating art in the company of 250 artists, and more than 10.000 visitors at Lokomotivværkstedet.

Every morning, we get out of bed to make art accessible, and to enable the artists’ interaction with a broader audience. All that we do point toward strengthening the essential role of art in our democracy, society, and most important, humanity.

Through art, we are granted unique access to our fellow humans’ emotions and perceptions of the world. Art stimulates our empathy, creativity, and intelligence. Art is indispensable, as it inspires us to reflect upon our contemporary tragedies and triumphs. It is a space where we can create the future, together.

Art Nordic – We are hosting meaningful encounters between art and people.
