Where is my stand located?
Included in the stand rental is:
- Rental of the agreed stand type in the agreed size.
- Access to electricity. You must rent the supply via Art Nordic.
- 3 spotlights for a 3x3x3 metre stand.
- 70 complimentary tickets to invite your own network
- Free service trolley with coffee, water and fruit during the fair
- Support staff when you need a lunch break (max. 20 min)
- Marketing of the exhibition, including on Art Nordic’s SoMe channels
- Utility box at the stand (scissors, screws for the wall, mounting putty, post-its, ballpoint pen, tape, red “sold” stickers, etc.)
- Favourable print prices on postcards and posters (more info in 2026)
What is included in the price of Wall Space?
Included in the stand rental is:
- Rental of the agreed stand type in the agreed size.

- Ceiling lighting installed and set up by our exhibition wall supplier, so each artist is highlighted
- 70 complimentary tickets to invite your own network
- Service trolley with coffee, water and fruit during the fair
- Support staff when you need a break
- Mentions and exposure via Art Nordic’s SoMe channels
- Press coverage of the exhibition, our curated formats and visions
- Utility box at the stand (scissors, mounting putty, post-its, ballpoint pen, tape, etc.)

- A designed entrance area where you can present your posters and postcards
Can I sell works directly from my stand?
Yes, absolutely. You handle sales and transactions yourself.
Art Nordic does not take commission on sales.
Is food and accommodation covered?
No, accommodation and catering are not included in the participation agreement.
On the exhibition days, there will be good opportunities to buy food and drinks on site at favourable exhibitor prices. Art Nordic is also working on discount agreements with selected hotels in the local area. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to hear more about accommodation options.
May I change anything about the stand?
You may drill screws into the walls (not nails) to hang your works, but you may not paint or damage walls/floors. Violation of this rule will incur a penalty of DKK 5,000.
Can I purchase any extras?
If you have special requirements for electricity, lighting, plinths or furniture (e.g. tables and chairs), this must be booked separately via [email protected].

When do I need to be present during the exhibition?
You (or a representative) must be present all three exhibition days: 13–15 March 2026.
What do I need to bring myself?
You are responsible for transporting your works to and from your stand, as well as the final installation of your works. If you have floor space, you must bring your own plinths.
When are hanging and dismantling?

Why do I have to pay VAT when I am an exhibitor from abroad?
Art Nordic is held in Denmark, and therefore the event is subject to Danish legislation – including Danish VAT legislation.
According to the rules, 25% Danish VAT must be charged on the invoice for stand rental, regardless of whether the exhibitor is from Denmark or another country. This is because the service (the stand space) is physically supplied in Denmark, and therefore Danish VAT applies – also for exhibitors from e.g. Norway, Sweden or other countries outside the EU.
Can the VAT be refunded as a foreign business?
Yes – if you have a registered VAT number in your home country and operate as a business, you may in some cases apply for a refund of Danish VAT via the official refund schemes. Art Nordic refers to the Danish Tax Agency, where you can investigate your options for possible VAT refunds yourself

Stand space – basic package
- 3 walls of 3 metres (width) each, height: 3 metres
- The walls are built specifically for the exhibition and are high-quality white
- Your exhibition space can be arranged freely – e.g. with a sofa, table, sculptures or design objects

What is “floor space”?
An open floor area for 3D designers/artists who will present sculpture, ceramics, furniture, lighting, etc. You set it up yourself with plinths, display cases, furniture, lighting, etc. It is your space.
1 m² floor space ≈ 1 m² of effective floor area incl. necessary circulation.

Under the theme “Phoenix – art in motion” we are rebuilding the exhibition from the ground up, rising from the ashes to soar higher, shine brighter, and spark inspiration in every corner of life. Every step becomes a journey of discovery, where the exhibition holds new surprises.
Together we are creating a different kind of exhibition that breaks the mould and brings art and design into close interplay. Here, unique furniture art, lighting, visual art, street art and sculpture meet in a living universe where boundaries shift and something new emerges.
The audience – whether experienced collectors, professionals or curious first-time visitors – is invited into an experience that awakens the senses, touches the heart, and creates an almost magnetic desire to own the works. Each work carries its own energy, and many experience that one particular piece calls to them.
