ART EXPERIENCE April 28 – 30
The first exhibitions takes place April 28th to 30th in Lyngby. BMW Experience Center will host the event Art Experience 2023.
ARTEXPERIENCE is a smaller, more exclusive exhibition with room for 50 artists. We are hosting a gastro-art event series in addition to the exhibition program. Some of the exhibiting artists will get the opportunity to be a part of the gastro-art program. The programme for our gastro art will be announced in February 2023
Price: 6,000 – 10.500 DKK + VAT. The price includes lights. It is possible to rent a chair.

ARTUNITES September 1 – 3
Our second sales exhibition takes place September 1st to 3rd 2023 at Volume, Enghavevej.
For ARTUNITES we gather 80 artists in Volume and Game in Vesterbro. ARTUNITES is a celebration of community and solidarity through art.
There will be food trucks, activities and festival vibes in the courtyard outside the exhibition area. We are very excited to announce the program for ARTUNITES.
Price: 4,500 DKK + VAT if you book before March 1. After this date the price is 6,000 DKK + VAT. The price includes lights. It is possible to rent a chair.

Art Nordic 2023 + 2024
Art Nordic will be divided into two sales exhibitions, ARTEXPERIENCE and ARTUNITES, in 2023.
All artists accepted for the exhibition program 2023 will get the opportunity to reserve a booth for Art Nordic 2024. Art Nordic 2024 will take place in Lokomotivværkstedet spring 2024.
The largest in the Nordic region.
With +79,000 visiting guests in the last 6 years from 6 continents, it is Scandinavia’s largest sales and art fair.
About 4,000 visitors have on Facebook reviewed and awarded Art-Nordic 4.5 **** of the maximum 5 ***** that can be awarded.
Visitors
Art-Nordic attracts many different visitors who are interested in art. We see many individuals but also galleries and art associations from Denmark and abroad. And art fair representatives from large parts of the world, who also follow art trends in the pursuit of unique, high-quality art. Among those who have previously invited themselves are, among others, Hearst Publishing, and Sotheby’s from London.

100% of what you sell is yours. Art-Nordic does not charge for the art you sell before, during or after the annual art fair.

Why is the fair divided in two for 2023?
The division of Art Nordic 2023 gives us the opportunity to focus on developing new formats for a new age, where art gets a different meaning in our lives.
We will return in 2024 with the regular format in Lokomotivværkstedet, with experience and knowledge from 2023.
How do I become a part of Art Nordic?
Artists must apply to become exhibitors at the Art Nordic exhibitions and fairs. We do this to ensure artistic quality.

We will need pictures of your art, a description of your praxis, and your motivation as an artist. Have your CV ready and remember to update your SoMe profiles and website. It is not obligatory when applying, but it will help us get a better idea of you as an artist.
How do you choose the artists for the exhibitions?
We are focusing on the following concepts when selecting artists for Art Nordic:
Expression: how does the art speak to the eye and the body?
Concept: what is the thought behind the art?
Technique: does the art show technical skill?
Invitation: does the artwork impact the viewer?
Story: which stories does the viewer get out of the artwork?
References: does the artwork draw on other works of art, cultural phenomena, fields or theory?
Materiality: how do the materials of the artwork appear?
Responsibility: is the artwork connected to the Global Goals?
This is not meant as a checklist the artwork has to live completely up to. But these are conditions that can be consciously present or not present, from which artistic judgement can be made.
We are aiming for diversity in the selection of artists.

You will receive 70 free admission tickets.
How do I set up my art?
It is possible to drill your pieces into the exhibition walls.
How do I transport my art into the exhibition?
Trolleys are available at the exhibitions.
What is the price to become a part of Art Nordic?
We are working on getting some new exhibition walls. They will be 3 meters long and 2,4 meters high. Booths at the exhibitions and fairs have lights installed.
Booth prices at the fairs and exhibitions will vary based on the size of the event, the number of artists attending, and the program.
Art Experience 2023: 6,000,- + VAT
Art Unites 2023: 4,500-, + VAT if you book before March 1. After this date the price is 6,000,- + VAT
All artists approved for the 2023 exhibition program are automatically given the opportunity to reserve a stand for Art Nordic 2024.
Payment is due 14 days after acceptance.
How large are the stand walls?
Size: 3 meters long and 2,4 meters high.
Are there any lamps at my stand?
Lights are included in the price.
Do I need to pay attention to the light at my stand?
Lighting and spot placement should vary depending on the type of artwork. As a rule of thumb, darker pieces need more light. But do not overlight your art.
We hope that the provided number of spots is sufficient. If not, more can be ordered by visiting our webshop.
Pro tip: If you have interested buyers, remember to discuss lightning. It can have a big impact on the appearance of the art and lightning in a home setting will most likely be different.
Refund
We will not provide a refund for cancellations that happen less than two months before exhibitions. In the event of cancellation on Art Nordic’s part, the full amount minus the administration fee will be refunded.
What about insurance?
It is the exhibitor’s own insurance that covers the works throughout Art Nordic.
