Exhibition Theme

The Dove of Peace – Art Builds Bridges

In 2026, the Phoenix rose as a symbol of courage, renewal and the strength to begin again.

In 2027, the story continues with The Dove of Peace.

The dove carrying a green branch is a symbol of hope, community and the desire for peace. For Art Nordic, it also represents art’s ability to create connections between people.

At a time when conflict, division and uncertainty occupy so much of our attention, we want to focus on what art can also do: create presence, curiosity, conversation and shared experiences.

Art cannot solve all the world’s problems. But it can make us pause, see something from a different perspective and perhaps understand one another a little better.

An Exhibition Across Art Forms

Art Nordic aims to create a broad artistic experience where different disciplines come together.

Painting and visual art can stand alongside sculpture, craft, objects and design. The classical can meet the experimental, while established artistic traditions can encounter new materials and new ways of working.

What unites the exhibitors is not one particular style or genre, but artistic quality and the desire to create something that can be felt.
