Welcome to Art Nordic. The largest sales- and art exhibition in Scandinavia.

The Art-Nordic Sales- and art exhibition will be held on 9. – 11. April 2021 at Lokomotivværkstedet in the heart of Copenhagen. It features 250 artists from approx. 30 nations participating, and for the past 6 years the Exhibition has had +80.000 visiting guests from six continents, making it the largest Sales- and art exhibition in Scandinavia.

General information

Art-Nordic sales and art exhition will be held on 9 – 11 April 2021 in the middle of Copenhagen at Lokomotivværkstedet with the participation of up to 250 artists from approx. 30 nations.

Renting a stand

The price for participating as an exhibitor is reasonable, and you can choose to exhibit with another performing artist and save approx. 50% by sharing the costs. A small fee is charged if you share a stand, partly because you must be included in our catalog, which is free for anyone interested in following the exhibiting Art-Nordic artists admitted in 2021.

Catering and parking

Food and cold and hot drinks can be bought at the exhibition. Parking is available close to the Lokomotivværkstedet against a fee.

Book well in advance

10,000 m2 are available to the selected artists. For the past 6 years, Art-Nordic has been sold out months before the exhibition started, and we expect the same can happen with Art-Nordic in 2021.

Scandinavia’s largest

With +79,000 visiting guests in the last 6 years from 6 continents, Art-Nordic is Scandinavia’s largest sales and art exhibition.

About 4,000 visitors have reviewed and given Art-Nordic 4.5 **** on Facebook out of the maximum 5 ***** .

The visitors

Art-Nordic attracts many different visitors who are interested in art. We see many galleries and art associations from Denmark and abroad. And representatives from art exhibitions from large parts of the world.

Among those who have previously invited themselves are, among others, Hearst Publishing, and Sotheby’s from London.

Your profit

100% of what you sell is yours. Art-Nordic does not charge anything for the art you sell before, during or after the annual art exhibition.

FAQ

Important

All art must be packed down on April 11, 2021, between 17:00-22:00.
Collection of art via freight company must be picked up LATEST Monday, April 12 before 10:00.

If you fail to pick up your art workds before 10:00, you will be fined DKK 2,000 (EUR 300) per commenced hour.

When can I set up my art?

It is possible to set up your art on Thursday, April 8 after 5 p.m. as well as Friday April 9 from 8:00 am to 1:30.

When can I order accessories for my stand at the latest?

The deadline for ordering accessories March 1, 2021:

Can I get free tickets to Art Nordic?

You will receive 5 free tickets which are valid for two people.

How do I transport my art into the hall?

We have several bags and wagons that Art Nordic makes available inside the hall.
There will also be the opportunity to borrow ladders.

Can I use your logo to promote me to the exhibition?

The logos can be used freely for promotion on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, mails, personal posters / postings etc. You can find them here (made for link).

 

Are there tables at my stand?

Tables are not able to rent. But can be rented (made for link).
Feel free to bring your own table or tables.

Are there chairs at my stand?

Each stand has a chair. Extra chairs can be rented (made for link). Feel free to have your own chair and any. several chairs with.

How big are the stand walls?

Size: 250 cm x 100 x 1.6 cm (16mm)

Are there any lights at my booth?

There are 6 LED spots per condition. These are LED spots that are attached directly to the wall, in an arm that protrudes 30 cm. Additional spots can be hired, but here you need to make more considerations.

Feel free to bring your own spots as long as they are set up properly and it looks nice.

However, you should be aware that this requires you to purchase electrical outlets (1000w) for the stand (made to link), and remember to bring extension cords.

Should I be aware of the light at my stand?

Since there is a lot of daylight coming into the Locomotive Workshop, you may not need more spots. Another factor that matters is whether you have bright or dark images. The dark ones ‘swallow’ more light, the bright ones light up more. And it is important not to over-light. Customers do not usually have the bright light in their homes, which means that if they fall for a picture (which is over-lit), they can be disappointed at home. We even heard about someone who came back with a picture because the picture was not the same when they came home with it – because of the light.

Will I have access to electricity?

If you need to use electricity at your booth, you can purchase a power outlet (power outlet, 1,000 watts) here (made for link).

Is it possible to hang my paintings?

You can bring your own hooks, or order / buy (be made to link) hooks by March 1, 2020.
